Terms and Conditions
This exclusive offer is for Australian residents to purchase at least one Biz Collection Jacket from participating IWS and Worklocker stores during the Competition Period to go into the draw to win the prize; an ‘epic $5,000 holiday on us’.
By entering the Competition, all Entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:
- Competition Period means the period commencing on 1 April 2025 at 12:00am AEDT and ending on 30 June 2025 at 11:59pm AEST;
- Draw Date means July 30 2025;
- Eligibility Criteria means an individual who:
is an Australian resident;
resides in Western Australia, Victoria, Northern Territory, Tasmania, Queensland, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory or New South Wales;
is over the age of 18 years old;
is not an employee (or immediate family member of an employee), contractor, representative agent, director or officer of the
Promoter or any of the Promoter’s parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies, marketing agencies, and any other parties involved in the administration of the Competition. Immediate family member means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin;
complies with these Terms and Conditions; - Entrant means an individual who meets the Eligibility Criteria and enters the Competition in accordance to these Terms and Conditions;
- Promoter’s Partner means IWS/Worklocker;

How to Enter
To enter the Competition and go into the draw to win the Prize, Entrants must, during the Competition Period, purchase at least one (1) eligible Biz Collection Jacket from a participating IWS or Worklocker store.
1 Biz Collection jacket purchased from IWS/Worklocker is equal to 1 entry.
2 Biz Collection jackets purchased = 2 entries.
The maximum number of entries into the Competition per Entrant is unlimited.
Clearance jackets of any sort are not included.
Entrants must submit their details [Name, Phone, Email, Postcode, Receipt Number, Number of Jackets Ordered, Photo of Receipt] into the displayed form on the Promoter’s website to enter the draw.
If an Entrant returns a jacket purchased during the promotion period, for reasons such as change of mind*, leading to a refund or exchange for an item that is not a Biz Collection Jacket, their Entry for that respective item will be deemed invalid.
Prize Details
The total prize value: AUD $5,000 (including GST).
The Prize includes:
$1,500 Luxury Escapes flight credit.
$3,500 Luxury Escapes gift voucher.

The prize must be used within 365 days from the winner’s notification date. If the winner does not book a holiday within this time, the prize is forfeited with no compensation. The actual travel date can be after this period as long as the booking is made within this timeframe.
The prize can cover multiple travellers as long as the winner is part of all bookings. If costs exceed the total prize value, the winner must pay the difference.
No refunds or credits will be given if the full prize amount is not used. The promoter is not responsible for any additional travel expenses or issues. The winner is responsible for meeting all travel and health requirements, including passports, visas, and vaccinations.
If the winner changes their booking after confirmation, they must cover any associated fees.
The promoter provides the prize only and all booking and travel information will be between the winner and Luxury Escapes.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. If any part of the prize is not used, it is forfeited.
The winner must sign any required agreements or disclaimers to redeem the prize.
Winner Selection & Notification
There will be 1 winning entry of the Competition (Prize Winner). The
Prize Winner will receive the Prize.
The winner will be randomly drawn using www.randomdraws.com/au on 30 July, at 16-20 Salta Drive, Altona North, Victoria 3025.
The winner will be notified in writing (email) within 7 days of the draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve winning entries and record them in case an ineligible Entry is drawn as a winning entry. The Prize Winner does not need to be present at the draw.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Competition.
Claiming The Prize
Entrants must ensure their correct contact details are provided to the Promoter and keep their contact details updated to ensure they can be reached.
The winner will have 14 days from the draw date to claim the prize by responding to their email notification. Where the winner does not claim the prize within the 14 days the prize will be forgone.
After a winner has claimed their prize, the Promoter will share the winners details with Luxury Escapes within 7 days to facilitate the prize fulfillment and the promoter will provide instructions to the winner on how to redeem the prize.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees:
- Their first initial, last name and postcode will be published on the Promoters Website for a minimum of 28 days.
- The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter and Partner’s Social Media accounts.
- The winner’s name, image, and voice may be used in marketing without extra payment.
Publication of Winners
The winners details (first initial, last name, and postcode) will be published on our website at https://www.bizcollection.com.au/win-a-holiday-IWS-WL within 30 days of the prize draw for a period of 28 days.
The winner must provide proof of identity, age, purchase and residency to claim the prize. If they fail to do so, the prize will be forfeited with no substitute provided.
Unclaimed Prize
The prize must be claimed by 5:00pm AEST on 14 August 2025. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on the 15 August 2025, 11:00am AEST at 16-20 Salta Drive Altona North, Victoria 3025 using www.randomdraws.com/au.
The new winner will be notified within 7 days of the redraw date. The winner's details (first initial, last name, postcode) will be published on our website at https://www.bizcollection.com.au/win-a-holiday-IWS-WL within 30 days of the redraw date for a period of 28 days.
Compliance & Permits
This Promotion is a trade promotion lottery conducted in accordance with Australian regulations. A permit is required for the ACT, as per local trade promotion lottery requirements. Permit Number: ACT TP 25/00569.
The Promotion complies with relevant state and territory laws, and no separate entry fee is charged for participation.
Privacy
By entering into this competition you are agreeing to receive marketing communications from the Promoter, which can be unsubscribed from at any time.
Personal details will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. The winner’s details will be shared with Luxury Escapes to facilitate prize fulfillment.
Cancellation Clause
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus,
communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the
Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or
suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
General Terms
The Promoter is not responsible for lost or incomplete entries.
The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
